About The Role We’re looking for a

highly analytical, systems-minded Senior Revenue Operations Manager

to join our Revenue Operations organization. This role sits within the International Sales team and will be focused primarily on growing our Canada business.

In this role, you will act as a

builder and owner

of operational systems & programs — designing, implementing, and scaling processes that power Rippling’s sales ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution, ensuring that go‑to‑market motions are structured to drive measurable revenue growth.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from first principles, and wants to own initiatives end‑to‑end — from ideation through execution, measurement, and iteration.
