Senior Reward & Performance Manager
Linklaters is a global law firm. We are looking for a Senior Reward & Performance Manager to lead the delivery of reward and performance programmes across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Own pay and performance cycles end‑to‑end, acting as the go‑to expert for reward.
- Lead annual pay, bonus and performance cycles.
- Shape and deliver reward strategy in the UK market.
- Provide expert advice on hires, promotions and retention.
- Use data and benchmarking to inform decisions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and manage Reward Advisors.
Qualifications
- Strong reward experience in a complex or global environment.
- Proven delivery of end‑to‑end reward programmes.
- Deep understanding of UK pay practices and employment landscape.
- Confident influencing senior stakeholders.
- Analytical and commercially minded.
