Location: Greater The Hague Area, Netherlands


Team Size: 5–10 multi-disciplinary engineers (Hardware, FPGA, Embedded SW)


Salary Range: €4,500 – €8,000 gross/month, excl. vacation pay 




As our Senior RF Engineer, you will own the design, simulation, and validation of mission-critical RF subsystems, taking architectural ownership and bridging the gap between analog hardware and digital signal processing.




  • Architect & Innovate: Design cutting-edge RF systems, signal chains, and custom waveforms for tactical communication and sensing.




  • Hands-on Development: Work across analog RF electronics (LNAs, mixers, PAs) and push designs through advanced simulation to physical validation.
