Role Overview:
This role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Department. Ideally for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both routine and dynamic tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head of Sales with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, tender documents, company profiles, and proposals.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including venue bookings, preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up tasks.
• Manage travel arrangements for the sales team, including bookings for flights, accommodations, and offsite events.
• Respond to customer inquiries and maintain ongoing email correspondence to support business continuity.
• Liaise within the sales team to streamline communication and improve workflow efficiency.
