Our team is looking for a Sales Specialist in our Harrods store at Heathrow to create an unforgettable experience for visitors from all over the world.
About the Role
Youll be responsible for providing world class customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.
You will be responsible for keyholding duties, ensuring the security and smooth opening and closing of the store, while also overseeing team operations. Additionally, you will take charge of preparing tills and cashing up at the end of shifts, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation. Strong leadership skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
