Your day involves leading and managing regional repair sales activities to drive consistent year-over-year bookings growth while strengthening the sales organization. You work closely with the sub-regional leadership to align strategy, support execution, and ensure service excellence across the compression business.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Collaborate with country heads, Business Development Managers, and regional leadership to develop and execute Business Target Agreements (BTA) and set clear sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sub-regional bookings forecasts (quarterly and yearly) using SFDC, while managing the effectiveness, coaching, and performance of the client‑facing team.
- Ensure country and regional repair growth targets are achieved, while enforcing sales policies, guidelines, and procedures across the team.
