Senior Sales Director, Franchising & Growth

BFex is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader in Davao City to drive their sales strategy and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales, including 5 years in leadership roles such as Sales Manager or Director.

This position requires strong skills in B2B sales, franchising, and building high-performing teams, all while leveraging CRM tools to maximize sales efficiency. A network within the PH business and franchising community is advantageous.
