What you will do
As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the sales of our HVAC business, acquire new customers, build relationships, understand customer needs, and offer solutions based on their requirements.
Responsibilities
- Achieve Key Result Area (KRA) targets.
- Generate and submit accurate quotations, forecast sales and collections regularly, and report expenses in accordance with company policy.
- Liaise with customers on secured projects to implement and carry out the scope of supply as stated in purchase orders and generate billing/invoices accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all customers through regular calls and visits.
- Make formal presentations to customers and industry stakeholders as required.
- Maintain the existing customer base and develop new customers periodically for continuous business expansion.
