Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for sales of Spare Parts, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).Handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.Work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.Handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.Responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.Liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/spec/ price issue.Responsible for Japan factory engineer labour order and process.Bi-weekly/Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).Analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).
