The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for credit cards and other banking products. This role involves lead generation, direct sales, customer relationship management, and mentoring junior sales staff to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans and other banking products to individual and business customers.
- Identify and approach high‑potential clients through various sales channels including field sales, referrals and networking.
- Conduct in‑depth financial assessments to recommend suitable banking products.
