Sales Assistant / Dormitory Sales Representative
Assist Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory.
Attend to inquiries from prospective customers.
Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces.
Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement.
Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spelled out in the ‘Letter of Offer’.
Liaise with customers for the signing of ‘Tenancy Agreement’ and payment of stamp duties.
Represent the company to liaise with potential customers.
Prepare ‘Letter of Offer’ and ‘Tenancy Agreement’.
Any other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Sales or equivalent.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Sales.
