Lead and supervise sales advisors in a retail environment specializing in health supplements, ensuring effective product training and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities- Supervise sales advisors to ensure high-quality customer service and achievement of sales targets
- Deliver comprehensive product training to sales advisors to enhance their knowledge of health supplements and improve sales effectiveness
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to optimize team results
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health supplement products to support training and customer engagement
- Knowledge of health supplements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a retail shop environment
- Basic Salary $3,300
