Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- 15 years of experience in advertising or analytical sales, digital marketing or media.
- 5 years of people management experience.
- Experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, martech architecture, and data transformation.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently as this is a client facing role.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships withkey stakeholders.
- Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research.
- Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions.
- Knowledge of general marketing, brand marketing, online advertising solutions, and the online media landscape.
- Ability to develop and inspire team members.
- Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and general management capabilities.
