Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business from MICE and Corporate segments focusing on social events and group bookings.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking and sales calls to build a robust client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, event planners, travel agencies and other stakeholders to secure repeat business.
- Engage with clients to understand their event requirements including corporate events, weddings and group activities ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Conduct site inspections, presentations and negotiations to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Manage client accounts ensuring regular communication and providing solutions to their event needs.
