Job Description
Leads Group market strategy and negotiates business partnerships and preferred agreements with key stakeholders such as HB Hospitality, Prestige Group, etc.- Implement all sales actions plans related to his/her area, territory responsibilities and assignments to successfully achieve or exceed individual and team pace/ production goals.
- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeated business (161+ Room Nights) through constant sales efforts including prospecting, site inspections, sales calls, FAMs, prompt and competent follow up on leads/referrals and networking in order to maximize villa and banquet revenue.
- Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts, RMO's, business and travel industry accounts to maintain and increase market share.
- Develop annual Group budget and monthly forecast with DORM.
- Provide feedback to DOSM on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition.
