Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor and grow a team of sales professionals.
- Set performance objectives, track KPIs, and create development plans to drive excellence.
- Grow sales company's portfolio: Co-location, CloudSecure (IaaS/SaaS/DraaS/BaaS, UCaaS/VoIP, and IT Leasing with direct enterprise end-users.
- Develop partnership with industry partners, ISVs, Sis, consultants, and vendors.
- Develop territory plans, manage pipeline, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, technical scoping, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Apply consultative, solution-centric selling to win enterprise accounts for long-term strategic engagements.
