Job Description

1. 制定并实施酒店年度销售计划,统筹管理客房、餐饮、会议及宴会等多渠道销售业务,达成营收与市场份额目标;
2. 开拓并维护企业客户、旅行社、会展公司、线上平台及本地高端客群等核心销售渠道,建立长期稳定合作关系;
3. 主导重点客户拜访、需求调研与定制化方案设计,协同前厅、餐饮、市场等部门推进项目落地与服务交付;
4. 分析市场趋势、竞对动态及客户消费行为,定期输出销售报告与策略优化建议;
5. 指导并培养销售团队,组织开展业务培训、绩效辅导与过程管理,提升整体专业能力与业绩水平。

1. 本科及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2. 具备6年以上高星级酒店销售工作经验,其中至少2年销售主管或以上管理岗位经历;
3. 熟悉酒店运营体系及销售全流程,具备较强的客户开发能力、商务谈判技巧及合同管理经验;
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、抗压能力及团队领导力,能适应高频次客户拜访与跨部门协作;
