Job Description
* Meet personal and team annual sales targets to achieve TBCT Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales targets.* Work with internal stakeholders in implementing, and executing product marketing strategy to deliver TBCT local business goals, aligning with Regional BU strategy and directions.* Continuous prospecting new potential customers to ensure business growth and at the same time securing current customers.* Build up and expand key customers network and strengthen existing key customers.* Understand and attend to customer’s needs and complaints.* Continuous engagement with customers and develop plans and activities as key initiatives.* Provide market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.* Maintain detailed records of all customer accounts and update these accounts as necessary* Tendering processes for government and private segment.* Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to...
