Senior Sales Supervisor – Electrical Solutions

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Electrical Solutions to join our Building Automation team in our Malaysia office within the BMS products group for the Electrical Products (EP division). The appointee will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage appointed channel partners to drive towards the Annual Operating Plan. Key deliverables in sales revenue.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring Channel Sales progress and for problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
- Demand creation activities, reaching out to the various stakeholders to drive specification acceptance through owners, consultants, interior designers. Pipeline management through NEX CRM.
- Reporting on an ongoing basis through MOS cadence.
