Job Description
The Salesforce Senior Analyst I will play a leading role in the ongoing support and conBnuous improvement of Payroc's (url removed) deployment. Working closely with funcBonal leaders, system architects, and subject maPer experts, they will take ownership of issue resoluBon, support process design, and the delivery of automaBon-driven improvements that reduce operaBonal toil and increase plaQorm reliability. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving support environment — able to triage and resolve issues under pressure, idenBfy root causes, and implement durable fixes. They will be expected to champion process improvements, drive automaBon iniBaBves, leverage DevOps, Test AutomaBon and AI tooling to accelerate delivery, and set the standard for how support is delivered across the team.
