- Designing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client goals
- Leading workshops and discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into user stories and solution designs
- Advising clients on CRM strategy, data architecture, and process optimisation
- Supporting multi‑cloud Salesforce projects and ensuring alignment between business and technology
- Collaborating with development, UX/design, and content teams (onsite and/or offshore)
- Preparing and presenting solution proposals, demos, and documentation
- Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge sharing
