Salesforce Platform Engineer (Admin & Developer)
Position Overview:
You will own and support Salesforce across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud. Partner with the business on data, reporting, and improvements. You will keep the platform stable and secure, deliver enhancements quickly, and help reduce reliance on outside vendors by building sustainable internal capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform administration and ownership
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and overall security model.
- Maintain sandboxes, deployments, and a predictable release process.
- Keep the platform healthy by monitoring performance, data hygiene, and access controls.
Build and enhance (configuration first, code when needed)
- Build automation using Flow, validation rules, assignment rules, approvals, and record types.
