Job Description
About the Role
In this role, you will act as the primary lead for our third-party marketplace partnerships (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, etc.). You will act as the bridge between our digital storefronts and our delivery partners to drive GMV growth, maximize channel presence, and ensure a seamless click-to-door experience. Your success is measured by channel sales growth, fulfillment reliability, and the continuous optimization of the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
+ Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of Kohl’s same-day delivery providers (Instacart, DoorDash, Uber, etc.), driving performance accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement
+ Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate cost efficiency, operational KPIs, and growth opportunities; identify gaps and implement corrective action plan
