Consultant SF Recruitment and Onboarding A Consultant specializing in Success Factors (SF) Recruitment and Onboarding is responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing and Supporting the SAP Success Factors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to streamline talent acquisition and new hire integration processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize Success Factors Recruitment and Onboarding modules to meet client needs.
• Lead, participate and support end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with other Success Factors modules and external systems
• Provide training and support to end-users on Recruitment and Onboarding functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruitment workflows, candidate management, and onboarding processes in BAU enviornment.
