Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Configuration Analyst / Technical Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Description: We are seeking someone who can serve as a hands‐on configuration expert for SAP SuccessFactors, partnering with HR and IT teams to ensure the system supports evolving business needs and delivers a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities include: Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules—primarily Employee Central—to support evolving HR and business requirements. Translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable system configurations aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards. Maintain data integrity through audits, validation rules, and proactive monitoring of system behavior. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions in partnership with IT and HR stakeholders.
