Job Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Scientist to join our growing team as an early and foundational hire. In this role you will help establish our laboratory infrastructure, support large‑scale phenotypic screens, and develop the cell‑based assay capabilities that will underpin our small molecule programs. As the company matures, this person will take increasing ownership of SAR‑supporting assays and be a key partner in advancing compounds through early drug discovery. The role is full‑time and on‑site in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of large‑scale pooled phenotypic screens in primary human immune cells, including cell culture, assay setup, and data collection.
Collaborate with the broader biology and computational teams to connect screen outputs to target validation.
