Job Description
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Scale & Complexity: Proven experience managing Scaled Agile environments or “Scrum of Scrums” for departments with multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Jira/Confluence Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JQL and Advanced Roadmaps to track dependencies across multiple boards within a single space.
- Banking & AI Fluency: 5+ years of experience in technical environments; ability to navigate the specific security and documentation rigors of the financial sector.
- Metrics-Driven Leadership: Ability to translate fragmented team data into a cohesive “Program Health” report for non-technical leadership.
- PSM II/III or CSM.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or SMC (Scrum Master Certified) with a focus on scaling.
