Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor Seafreight shipments
- Negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Ensure shipments are in compliance with customs regulations
- Communicate with clients and provide shipment updates
- Resolve any issues or delays in shipments
- Supervise and mentor the junior controllers
