Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall well-being of the equipment section, encompassing team morale, KPI performance, and long-term success.
- Set clear expectations on compliance with MRB, TECN, 8D, and specification requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure action items are identified and tracked to closure.
- Drive effective utilization of SPC, FMEA, and Quality Management Systems for timely issue detection and continuous improvement.
- Establish and sustain continuous improvement programs to prevent quality, line yield, and sort yield excursions.
- Maintain a project monitoring system to track progress and performance against fab requirements.
- Set section targets and goals to minimize wafer scrap, defects, and rework, while improving process capability to meet operational needs.
- Forecast and manage equipment repair and maintenance (R&M) budget; drive cost reduction initiatives.
