Hours of work: 48 - 4 on / 4 off, days only, 06:00-18:00 (flexibility required to meet business needs)

We are seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to play a pivotal role in delivering world‑class Guarding Services and supporting the operational effectiveness of the Security and Resilience Control Centre (SaRCC).
This role is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the Guarding Team while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and service delivery across the estate.
