Job Description
As a Segment GTM Manager, you will develop data‑driven go‑to‑market plans for your segment, covering segmentation, value propositions, commercial plays and on‑net optimisation to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, this senior individual‑contributor role works cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to translate insight into measurable pipeline and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
- Segment Strategy & GTM execution: define the commercial approach for your assigned segment, translate customer, marketing and competitive insights into actionable sales plays, collaborate with Analytics team to integrate predictive analytics into GTM plays, collaborate with Sales Operations team to ensure smooth execution of plays, and provide input into annual segmentation design based on data driven insights
