Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs on the equipment.
- Ensure the performance and compliance of devices according to quality and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support to users (clinics, practices, hospitals) and train them on the use and maintenance of equipment.
- Respond to technical inquiries and ensure quick and professional follow-up.
- Contribute to the set‑up and organization of the technical service in the opening of the office and ensure autonomous management of technical activities in the territory.
- Identify client needs and contribute to improving user experience.
Qualifications & Education
- Technical education in electronics, biomedical, mechanical, or equivalent.
