Are you a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) - Information Security in Barcelona seeking a new interesting challenge?
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding InfoSec services.
Oversee the delivery of Cyber Defense and GRC services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
Act as the highest point of escalation for service delivery issues and manage critical incidents smoothly.
Coordinate technical teams, including Cyber Defense and GRC SMEs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client priorities.
Lead regular service review meetings, including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Present performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives and strategic recommendations.
Identify opportunities to optimize service delivery processes, improve customer satisfaction and add strategic value.
