Job Description
Requirements: Minimum of 3-year diploma preferably in an ICT discipline. Fluent in language of country specifically English. ITIL v3 or v4 certified (ITIL v4 preferred) SIAM certification advantageous Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a service architect or service design discipline within the telecommunications or system integration environment. Demonstrable experience in the successful engagement with the cross functional teams involved in the end-to-end life cycle of a service Experience in enterprise architecture advantageous or demonstratable understanding of enterprise architecture Experience in external customer facing engagements. Experience working in a large organisation. KPAs: Understand and document the existing support environments from a people, process, systems and tools perspective to create a baseline for existing capabilities.
