Senior ServiceNow DeveloperThis role focuses on creating, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Reconciliation, and Cloud Management.LocationOn‐site – Jalisco, MexicoResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.Maintain CMDB health, including data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation rules.Configure and deploy ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management) to automate operations.Integrate ServiceNow with third‐party monitoring tools (Service Graph, Tanium, Tenable, Intune, Jamf, SCCM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Configure MID Servers, troubleshoot discovery and sensor issues.Configure, develop, and customize core ServiceNow applications (CMDB, Discovery, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests).
