InDev is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to serve as the technical authority and engineering leader for a DHS ServiceNow contract. This is not a traditional project management role. You will lead the technical direction, architecture, and execution of ServiceNow applications while overseeing engineering teams and serving as the primary technical interface to the customer. You will be responsible for driving engineering quality, making technical decisions, guiding architecture, and ensuring successful delivery of complex SaaS-based solutions in a federal environment.
