Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for the ServiceNow platform
- Establish enterprise‑wide standards, design patterns, and architectural guardrails
- Provide governance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, and AI
- Lead Architecture Review Boards and support Agile Release Trains
- Design integrated solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules
- Define enterprise‑wide data strategies and drive CSDM adoption
- Develop and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap
- Architect integrations with SAP, HR, Finance, and Security platforms
- Define API strategies using REST, SOAP, and event‑driven architecture
- Provide architectural guidance during PI Planning and define architectural runway
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and enterprise security policies
