Position
Polokwane Smelters – Number of positions: 1 – Band 8 level reporting to the Section Manager SHE.
Job Responsibilities
- Submit accurate Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental (SHE) information for internal reports within defined deadlines.
- Identify data errors and correct them.
- Generate ad‑hoc SHE reports for management as required.
- Prepare regular site‑specific SHE reports and support managers for SHE meetings.
- Manage ETL for SHE data to ensure consistent reporting from transactional systems into group reports.
- Evaluate the use and effectiveness of systems.
- Address systems and data queries from users.
- Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods.
- Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE systems.
- Train and assess users on SHE systems and provide ongoing support.
