Senior SHEQ Executive – responsible for managing the organization’s commitment to safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with Malaysian regulations and international standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and GDPMD certification. This role also serves as part of the succession pipeline for the SHEQ Manager position.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ functions, encompassing the roles of Occupational Safety & Health Officer (SHO) and Environmental Competent Person, to ensure full compliance with OSH and environmental regulations, including policy implementation, training delivery, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Manage EMS, environmental monitoring, waste control, audits, and regulatory coordination as the Competent Person, while supporting OSH compliance through HIRARC, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
