Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Consultants/client/RE in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
- Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
- Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractorsin the coordination of site works
- Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
- Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
- Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain and update site records on project progress.
- Ensure proper maintenance and updating of site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc.
