Job Description
Senior Site Engineer (M&E) is responsible for monitoring site implementation of the mechanical and electrical construction works. Ultimately, you will be organising and supervising the site operations of the assigned projects by ensuring the compliance with building codes and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, builders and subcontractors on M&E works of the assigned projects.
- Coordinate with local authorities regarding site and construction related permit or approval.
- Monitor the master and detailed work programme in order to complete the project within timeline.
- Monitor the progress of the construction work to ensure the adherence to quality control policy, in accordance with specification standards and contractual obligations.
- Review the drawings of various trades including architectural and structural for a smooth implementation of M&E works.
