Job Description
The senior site Engr. will directly report to the AVP for Project Management and design.
They are responsible for planning, implementing, managing, controlling, and organizing the construction project, and will ensure that all projects assigned are completed within the timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares construction plans.
- Leads plan reviews and engineering initiatives.
- Manages day-to-day construction works to see to it that all processes and procedures are being followed.
- Monitors sub-contractors and personnel work outputs.
- Prepares a project procurement plan.
- Manages the QA/QC and HSE aspects of the projects.
- Checks fabrications, construction, and installation activities on the site.
- Prepares strategic work schedules.
- Manages and leads personnel to effectively perform their tasks.
- Performs related duties to other company affiliates.
