Job Description
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected residential developer for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a live housing development in Cardiff.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong residential background to join an established site team and oversee the successful delivery of a development comprising a mixture of traditional build and timber frame homes .
The contract is expected to run for a minimum of four weeks , with a strong likelihood of extending to approximately six weeks depending on project requirements.
A comprehensive handover will be provided on 18th June , allowing the successful candidate to familiarise themselves with the development, programme, subcontractors, and ongoing site activities before assuming full responsibility.
