- Lead and manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
- Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and productivity
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site issues promptly
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients on project matters
- Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and work progress updates
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines
