- Experience architecting systems of substantial complexity with high performance, availability, and compliance demands
- A good understanding of user experience and accessibility best practices for user - facing applications
- Deep technical chops in one or more of the following areas: UI, Services, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Security
- To be a great communicator of technical topics
