Lead a team of development and integration specialists in the analysis, design, development and implementation of end‑to‑end solutions, and provide solution recommendations and work‑effort estimation in a multi‑platform environment. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology‑enabled applications that meet quality standards. Develop detailed solutions that satisfy architecture, requirement, and schedule expectations. Recommend solutions with business, process, and financial impact. Mentor and coach team members in development, integration and middleware. Act as key contact for the outsourced development team and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
