Senior Software Engineer (React, TS, Node, Postgres, Redis) A well-backed core business systems tech scale-up based in Central London, building AI-powered workforce software for fast-growing businesses. Strong product culture, lean team, and a genuine focus on solving real problems. The Role Two senior engineer positions available. You will work across a small, autonomous product squad with no dedicated product manager, engineers and designers share that responsibility collectively. Expect broad scope, high ownership and the ability to ship from day one. These are not squad-specific hires. The expectation is adaptability: moving across product verticals as needs and interests evolve.
