Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end technical delivery of retention initiatives, from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions that impact churn and revenue retention.
- Lead technical execution of experiments (feature flags, A/B tests), ensuring reliable rollout, measurement, and rollback.
