Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend existing test automation framework, as well as evaluation and build out of any new frameworks in support of automation needs and strategy.
- Be an advocate and champion of a quality mindset across your team and the product – ‘build quality in’, ‘automation‑first’ and ‘shift left test’.
- Help define and implement performance/scale test strategy and capabilities.
- Build, monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Cultivate deep understanding of business needs and technical roadmap and set clear quality standards in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering Leads.
