Job Description
**Overview:**
Responsible at the advanced level for writing code and the team's technical requirements gathering. Independently completes work following banking technology standards and contributes to the overall stability and resiliency of banking technology within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
+ Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions, including Service Catalog items, record producers, Flow Designer workflows, and task orchestration.
+ Implement multi-step workflows with routing, approvals, SLAs, and task dependencies in alignment with established platform patterns.
+ Contribute to the development of modular, reusable, catalog-driven solutions to support scalability and consistency across the platform.
